Endre Osenbroch came through the academy at Sandnes Ulf, staying with the club until 2022 before signing his first professional contract there in March 2023. He went on to make around 60 appearances for Sandnes Ulf over the following two seasons, scoring seven goals as a midfielder before his move to Aalesund was confirmed as a free transfer, taking effect from the start of 2026.

Since arriving at Aalesund, Osenbroch has established himself quickly. In the 2026 Eliteserien season he has made 17 appearances, starting 12 of them, and has scored five goals while adding four assists. His goals have come against sides including Tromsø, HamKam, Vålerenga and Molde, and he has carried an average rating of 7.26 through the campaign. His contract with Aalesund runs to the end of 2028.

Born in Sandnes, Osenbroch plays through the midfield. Aalesund's own league position this season has been more modest, with the club sitting 15th in the table, a contrast to the individual form Osenbroch has shown since the switch.
