Juan Cruz Guasone

Juan Cruz Guasone made his senior debut for Club Atlético Patronato in the Copa de la Liga Profesional in November 2020, and it was with that club that he earned his first medal: he started in every knockout round of the 2022 Copa Argentina, from the Round of 16 against Colón through the semi-final against Boca Juniors, and was on the pitch for the 1–0 final win over Talleres. He returned to the competition the following year for the Round of 32 tie with Gimnasia y Tiro before his move to Estudiantes de La Plata in January 2023, a transfer worth around €0.5 million.

At Estudiantes he scored his first goal as a professional in the 2023 Copa Argentina, against Independiente de Chivilcoy, and that campaign ended with the club lifting the trophy — making Guasone one of the few players to win the same tournament with two different clubs in consecutive years.

His time at Estudiantes also included a season with Sarmiento de Junín in 2024, followed by a six-month move to Italy's US Salernitana 1919 in January 2025, with an option to buy included in the deal. In January 2026 he moved on again, this time to Uruguay, joining Club Atlético Cerro on loan, where he plays now wearing number 16.
