Pedro Henrique

Pedrinho was born in Salvador, Bahia, and began his senior career at Vitória in early 2021 before moving to Athletico Paranaense that September, a spell that yielded a Copa Sudamericana title in 2021 and the Campeonato Paranaense in 2023. His departure from Athletico, however, was tied to the match-fixing scandal that shook Brazilian football that year, and he left as a free agent rather than in a conventional transfer.

That release opened the door to Shakhtar Donetsk, who signed him on a free transfer in July 2023. The left-back, who wears number 13, has since become a fixture of the club's recent success: the Ukrainian Premier League title in 2023/24, sealed alongside the Ukrainian Cup after a 1-0 win over Veres Rivne, and a second league title the following season, 2024/25. His form for Shakhtar also earned him a place in the UEFA Europa Conference League Team of the Season.

Alongside his club career, Pedrinho has built a consistent record with Brazil's youth sides. He was part of the Brazil squad that won the South American U-20 Championship in 2023, and did so again in 2025, scoring in that tournament. He was also named in Brazil's squad for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
