Drasov

Volleyball there runs through the Hala u ZŠ TGM Drásov, the hall attached to the local T.G. Masaryk school, and it is here that Volejbalové sdružení Drásov, known locally as SK Drásov, plays its matches.

The club registered on 29 August 2003, set up as an independent association rather than a section of the older TJ Sokol Drásov, which still runs alongside it in the village. Both the men's and women's sides carry the nickname Vydry Drásov, the Otters, and both play in regional competition rather than the top flight: the men in the 2. Liga's South Moravian division, the women in the Krajský přebor 1. There is no cup or league title to point to; the club's business is keeping a small-town team on the court year after year, not silverware.

Jiří Rozman coaches the men, Tomáš Vyskočil the women and youth ranks, and the playing side has turned over in the usual way of a club this size — Tomáš Kubernát, a setter who combined volleyball with practising medicine, left the team around 2024, with Petr Prokeš arriving for the 2024/2025 season and Michal Jaroš splitting his time between the hall and the beach game. Once a year the club puts on the Memorial of Josef Mrkos, a local tournament that keeps the Drásov name on the volleyball calendar beyond league weekends.
