Neman have won the Belarusian Cup three times. The first, in 1993, opened the club's only route into a European competition, a place in the Cup Winners' Cup. The following two arrived in 2024 and then on 24 May 2025, when Neman beat Torpedo-BelAZ 3-0 in the final.
Grodno has been home since the club was founded there in 1964, and it has never left the city, though the name has changed more than once: Khimik between 1972 and 1992, then Neman-Belkard for three seasons from 1999 under a sponsor's name, before Neman was restored in 2002. Matches are played at the stadium of the Grodno Regional Complex Centre of Olympic Reserve, known locally as TsSK Neman, and the yellow-and-green kit has given the club its everyday name, the Yellow-Greens.
The league title has stayed out of reach. Neman finished as runners-up three times, in 2002, 2023 and 2024, and came closest on the first of those: with the championship undecided after the regular season, a play-off for the gold medals went to BATE Borisov, 1-0.
