Kalyani Municipal Stadium

Kalyani Municipal Stadium sits near the lake in a town that began as a planned community in 1951, though the original construction date for the ground itself is not found. The facility has a modern profile, largely thanks to a remodel in 2015 that added a five-story gallery and a full-fledged concrete structure. It holds 20,000 and serves as the shared home for four Kolkata giants—United SC, Mohun Bagan Super Giant, East Bengal FC, and Mohammedan SC—alongside Inter Kashi FC for I-League and Calcutta Football League matches.

The stadium is a frequent host for national tournaments such as the I-League, Durand Cup, IFA Shield, and Santosh Trophy. During the 2019–20 I-League season, when Salt Lake Stadium was under renovation, East Bengal FC played their home matches here. The venue also hosted the opening match of the Hero U-17 Women’s Championship in 2024. The pitch is natural grass, measuring 105m x 68m, a standard size for international fixtures. The ground is approximately 10 minutes from Kalyani Railway Station, making it accessible for supporters travelling from the city. It is a functional venue, sitting opposite the Kalyani Sub-Divisional Court Building, where local pride meets national competition.
