The city of Vantaa owns and runs it through its own sports services department, which is why the naming has tracked corporate sponsorship deals rather than any club identity.
That municipal ownership also explains its role: rather than belonging to one tenant, the stadium has hosted a rotating set of Vantaa clubs over the years, among them PK-35 Vantaa and VJS . With 4,700 seats, it sits at a scale suited to Finnish lower-division and cup football rather than top-flight crowds, and the artificial surface — laid to full 105-by-68-metre dimensions — keeps it playable through the long stretch of the Finnish season when grass pitches elsewhere in the region are unusable.
