PK-35 Vantaa Women

Women's football at PK-35 dates to the men's club Pallokerho-35, founded in Helsinki in 1948 with roots stretching back to 1935; a women's section was added in 1978. Thirty years later, at the end of the 2008 season, both the men's and women's sides relocated from Helsinki to Vantaa, and the women's team took on the name PK-35 Vantaa.

The club plays at the Myyrmäen jalkapallostadion, also known as the ISS Stadion, in the Myyrmäki district, with room for 4,700. Home kit runs black sleeves and shorts against a red body, the away strip plain white.

Between 2010 and 2018, PK-35 Vantaa won the Finnish league title seven times, with silver medals either side of the run in 2013 and 2017. The dominant stretch came early: in 2011, striker Tia Halinen scored a hat-trick in the deciding match at the age of seventeen, while teammate Eveliina Parikka managed four goals in a single Champions League tie the same year. The club also lifted the Finnish Cup four times, in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2016, and lost the 2021 final to Åland United on penalties.

Captain Sanna Saarinen made 219 appearances for the club. Matches against HJK are known as the Helsinki derby.
