About the player
Mylian Jiménez moved to the PSV Eindhoven academy in 2011, and signed his first professional contract in September 2019, turning down interest from Valencia, Atlético Madrid and Sampdoria to do it. He made his senior debut for Jong PSV in May 2021 and went on to make 56 appearances in the Eerste Divisie, and he was part of the PSV squad that won the Premier League International Cup in 2023, reached the final again in 2024, and claimed the Eredivisie and Johan Cruijff Schaal that same season.
He left for Denmark in the summer of 2024, joining AaB Fodbold on a free transfer, and made 29 league appearances there before the club's relegation. He signed for ADO Den Haag in August 2025 on a contract running to 2028, with an option for a further year. 32 league appearances, a goal and three assists, and the Eerste Divisie title, which sent ADO Den Haag up to the Eredivisie. He has since made three appearances at that level.
A left-footed midfielder of Colombian, Dutch and Indonesian heritage, Jiménez has represented the Netherlands at every youth level from U16 to U19, scoring once for the U17s and once for the U19s. He remains eligible to choose between the Netherlands, Colombia and potentially Curaçao.
