Pascal Mulder

Pascal Mulder's route to professional football ran through the amateur ranks rather than a straight line from academy to first team. After leaving the PEC Zwolle youth setup in 2019, following spells there and earlier at FC Twente and OVC '21, he did not find a professional club straight away and instead spent three seasons with VV Staphorst in the Derde Divisie, then two more with HHC Hardenberg in the Tweede Divisie.

The breakthrough came at FC Emmen, which he joined on a free transfer in the summer of 2024. Mulder established himself quickly, taking the captain's armband and making 58 official appearances while scoring six goals from central defence. On deadline day of the winter transfer window in February 2026, he moved on to ADO Den Haag. Reports at the time suggested the Hague club initially considered the asking price high but pushed the deal through regardless, with a fee agreed though undisclosed.

At ADO Den Haag, Mulder became part of the squad that won the Eerste Divisie in the 2025/26 season, securing promotion to the Eredivisie. He has not featured for the Netherlands at senior international level.
