S. te Braak

Sophie te Brake grew up playing for SV Grol in her hometown of Groenlo before joining FC Twente's youth setup. She made her professional debut for Twente in January 2021, and signed her first professional contract with the club in April 2022.

Her time at Twente brought a heavy run of silverware: three Eredivisie Vrouwen titles, three KNVB Beker Women trophies and four Dutch Supercups. Alongside that, she was capped eight times for the Netherlands under-23 side between 2023 and 2024, though a call-up to the senior national team has not yet followed.

In August 2026, te Brake left Twente for Ajax Women, signing a contract running until the summer of 2028. She made the move together with her former Twente teammate Anna Knol, and described it as the first time she had lived away from home. The transfer fee was not disclosed.
