Opava's 2015/16 season produced the reserve team's high point away from any league table: a run to the Final 4 of the 1. Liga play-offs, where BK Opava B finished fourth.

That result sits apart from the team's usual business, which is the East Group of the 1. Liga, the second tier of Czech basketball.
