Radotin won the regular season of the 2. Liga in the 2022/2023 campaign with a record of 22-0, then finished third in the promotion play-off — and moved up to the 1. Liga anyway for 2023/2024, after BK NaPOS Vysoká n.L., the play-off winner, failed to meet the conditions for entry into the league.
The club, nicknamed the Wolves, was founded on 9 September 2016, with Adam Peřinka as its first coach, and built its way up from the lower tiers to reach the second-highest competition in Czech basketball.
Its games are played in Černošice, in a hall named after Věra Čáslavská.
