Bruno Durdov

In September 2024 Bruno Durdov became the youngest scorer in Hajduk Split's history in the Croatian First Football League, with his first two goals in the competition, against Gorica. He was 16.

He grew up in Sućurac, in the Kaštela area near Split. He started at GOŠK Kaštel Gomilica in 2013 under coach Ante Rajčić and moved to the Hajduk academy in 2015, where he stayed until 2024. He signed his first youth contract with the club in autumn 2023. His senior debut came on 5 May 2024 against Varaždin, and on 25 July that year he made his European debut against HB Tórshavn.

For Croatia he has played at every youth level from Under-15 to Under-21, 30 appearances and five goals in all. At the 2024 UEFA European Under-17 Championship he scored directly from a corner against Wales. In October 2024 The Guardian included him in its Next Generation list of the 60 best young talents born in 2007.

The following year was harder. From mid-2025 his form dipped, and he went nearly a year without a goal, which cut into his playing time at Hajduk.

In June 2026 he left for Górnik Zabrze of the Polish Ekstraklasa. The move was agreed on 14 June and announced on 16 June, with a contract running to 30 June 2029 and an option for a further year. He reportedly chose the Polish club over Lazio, who had offered around €900,000.
