About the player
Månz Karlsson reached the senior squad at Örgryte IS through the club's own U19 team. The promotion came in October 2024. It came with a contract running until 31 December 2027. Because he moved up from the youth side, the step to the first team was a free transfer. Before that, Fässbergs IF was his youth club until 2022, and the last stretch of his junior career was spent with Örgryte's U19 side.
He has also played for Sweden at youth level. Karlsson won two caps for the Sweden U18 side and did not score in either of them.
