Kevin Durant has confirmed he wants to play for the United States at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Durant, who holds the US Olympic scoring record, made the pitch at a charity gala in Southern California.
He arrives with two Olympic golds and a bronze.
"Playing for the national team has taken me to places I never thought I'd go. It's the best experience. I'd advise everyone to play for their country," Durant said.
