Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla met Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson over the summer to discuss basketball philosophy, according to former NBA player Brian Scalabrine.
Scalabrine, who follows the Celtics closely, said Jordan gave the young coach a piece of advice. In Scalabrine's account, Jordan told him: "I kept winning only because I behaved as though I had never won."
Scalabrine's account is the only report of the meeting so far.
