Nuggets eye Nembhard after Hornets waive guard
Charlotte cut Ryan Nembhard following two summer trades; once he clears waivers, Denver is reportedly the front-runner to sign him to a two-way deal.
Nembhard, 23, stands at 1.80 m and now enters waivers for the second time this off-season after passing through two separate trades. Once he clears, he will be free to sign with any club.
According to insider Marc Stein, Denver are the front-runners for the guard and are prepared to offer him a two-way contract.
Nembhard went unselected in the 2025 draft and spent last season with Dallas, averaging 6.6 points and 5.3 assists in 19.5 minutes a game.
