Danielle Jessica Colaprico

Colaprico's professional career began at Virginia, where she left as the program's all-time leader in both assists and appearances, and was named ACC Midfielder of the Year in 2014. Chicago took her 9th overall in the 2015 NWSL College Draft, and she repaid the pick immediately, winning Rookie of the Year and going on to make the NWSL Second XI in three straight seasons from 2015 to 2017. She stayed with the Red Stars for eight seasons, making 150 league appearances.

A free-agent move to San Diego Wave FC in December 2022 brought team silverware: the NWSL Shield in 2023 and the Challenge Cup in 2024, the latter sealed with a 1–0 win over NJ/NY Gotham FC in which she came on as a substitute in the 71st minute. She made 45 league appearances for San Diego before signing with Houston Dash as a free agent in January 2025.

At international level, Colaprico earned two caps for the United States in November 2018, debuting as a substitute in a 1–0 win over Portugal before featuring again days later against Scotland. She had already tasted success with the national set-up at youth level, part of the U-23 side that won the Six Nations Tournament in 2015.
