GTK Gliwice

Since 2017 the crest has shown the Gliwice Radio Tower. Before that, from 2010, the badge carried the city's historic City Hall. GTK stands for Gliwickie Towarzystwo Koszykówki, the Gliwice Basketball Society, and it began in 1998 as a place to train young players from the town.

In 2016-17 GTK finished as runners-up in the I Liga. That result brought an invitation to the Polish Basketball League (PLK) for 2017-18.

Since 2018 the home games have been played in the training hall of Arena Gliwice. The club had previously used the city's main hall. GTK's best PLK finish is 11th, in 2022-23, and the club has won no senior title.

The trophies are in the youth teams. In 2024 GTK won both the Polish U19 and U17 championships, following a runners-up finish at U18 in 2020. Łukasz Frąckiewicz, Kacper Gordon and Kuba Piśla came through the academy to PLK level and the Polish national team.

Terrance Ferguson played for GTK and was picked in the 2017 NBA draft, the same year the club was invited into the PLK.
