Ade Adeyemo

Ade Adeyemo reached the Football League by way of the non-league game, and his route there took him out of professional football and back in again. He spent two years in Millwall's youth ranks, from 2014 to 2016, then left and started over in the lower divisions.

The next few years were spent moving between clubs. He joined Fisher in July 2016 and Beckenham Town two months later. He came back to Cray Valley Paper Mills in July 2020. A short spell at Hayes & Yeading United in the summer of 2022 ended in August, when he returned to Cray Valley and stayed until 2023.

On 18 July 2023 Crawley Town signed him on a free transfer, on a two-year contract. He arrived in League Two as a left-sided defender who can play at left-back or left wing-back, and he has also been used on the left of midfield. He is left-footed and stands 188 cm tall. He made his professional debut for the club and became a regular in the squad.

His first senior goal for Crawley came on 12 March 2024 in a 2–1 win over Notts County. The club went on to win the 2024 League Two play-offs and gain promotion to League One, and Adeyemo's performances were part of that campaign. It remains the biggest team achievement of his career so far.

He was born in Copenhagen and is English. He has Nigerian heritage, and he has not been capped at senior level by England or Nigeria.
