Danilo Orsi-Dadomo

Crawley Town's 2023–24 promotion push ran through Danilo Orsi-Dadomo. The forward joined from Grimsby Town in June 2023 and scored 19 league goals that season, which earned him the club's Player of the Season award.

The play-offs were where he made the biggest mark. In the League Two semi-final second leg against Milton Keynes Dons he scored a hat-trick, and Crawley went through 8–1 on aggregate. He then scored the first goal in the final against Crewe Alexandra.

The route to that point ran through non-league football. He started at Cockfosters, then played for East Thurrock United, Hungerford Town and Hampton & Richmond Borough. At Maidenhead United in 2020–21 he scored 20 goals in all competitions, 19 of them in the league, and the club's supporters voted him their Player of the Season. Harrogate Town signed him in 2021, and a loan at Boreham Wood followed in 2022 before Grimsby took him on a free transfer.

Burton Albion signed him in 2024. He scored seven times for them in 2024–25 before moving on loan to Milton Keynes Dons in February 2025, the club Crawley had beaten in the play-offs. There he made 18 appearances and scored three goals, which took his total for the season to ten. The loan ended in June 2025 without a permanent deal, and he signed a two-year contract with AFC Wimbledon.

He has since returned to Crawley Town. Born in Camden, he holds English and Italian citizenship.
