A. Hofleitner

Alexander Hofleitner spent his youth years at SV St. Margarethen before moving on to ASKÖ Klingenbach, where he made his senior debut in 2017 and stayed for seven seasons. It was there that his scoring record took shape: 77 league appearances and 34 goals, including a 2022–23 campaign in which he scored 22 goals in 27 matches. He was also part of the Klingenbach side that won promotion from the fifth-tier II. Liga back to the Landesliga in 2018–19.

The move to Kapfenberger SV in 2023 raised his profile further. He scored 25 goals in 47 league appearances for the club, and in 2024–25 he finished among the division's leading scorers, with nine goals in 24 games. That season ended in the title and promotion to the Bundesliga, with Hofleitner's finishing central to the campaign.

That form earned him a move to Grazer AK in July 2025, on a contract running until 2028. Since then he has made 34 league appearances for the club, scoring seven goals. In the 2026–27 season he has been Grazer AK's top scorer, with three goals in the Bundesliga and two in the Austrian Cup. The club finished eighth in the Bundesliga and reached the third round of the Cup. Hofleitner has yet to be capped by Austria at senior or youth international level.
