Aleksandr Soldatenkov

Aleksandr Soldatenkov came through Chertanovo's Moscow academy for more than a decade before making his senior debut for the club in July 2014, and he stayed on for six seasons in its first team. He left as the club's own appearances record holder, with 163 matches including cup games, and picked up the Second League (Zone "West") title in 2017/18, when he was also named the subgroup's best defender.

The move to Krylia Sovetov Samara in August 2020. He helped the club win the First Division and reach the Russian Cup final in the same 2020/21 season, made his Premier League debut with them in July 2021 and went on to captain the side. A contract extension in January 2024 tied him to Samara until 2026, and that season he was ranked third in the list of the 33 best players of the Russian championship. He debuted against Tajikistan in November 2022 and has since collected six caps.

Soldatenkov's move to PFC Sochi in September 2025 has been complicated by matters off the pitch. Sochi agreed a fee in the region of 100 million rubles for the defender but failed to pay part of that sum, and the unpaid balance led the Russian Football Union and FIFA to impose a transfer ban on the club. That dispute has overshadowed the start of his time at Sochi, where he now wears the number three shirt as a centre-back.
