About the player
In July 2026 Tahau left Vitesse for NEC Nijmegen in a transfer worth around €650,000, signing a four-year contract that runs until 2030. Vitesse kept a 10% sell-on clause in the deal. NEC reportedly saw off competition from FC Utrecht, the club where Tahau had spent his early youth years, to sign him.
