Arda Erdursun

Arda Erdursun came through the Sivasspor academy, including the U19 side, and reached the first team as a teenager. His senior debut came on 2 May 2026 in a Trendyol 1. Lig match against Bandırmaspor. He came on as a substitute in the 64th minute with Sivasspor trailing, and the game finished 1-0 to the opposition.

The first start followed on 6 September 2026, away from the usual script: the coaching staff chose him for the match against Antalyaspor, and the local press described the decision as a surprise.

The clearest evidence of what he offers came in the seventh week of the 2026/2027 season. Against Muğlaspor he made five important saves in a 1-1 draw, and his performance was singled out afterwards. Over his three league starts so far he has played 270 minutes and saved 83.3 per cent of the shots he has faced.

He is a right-footed keeper. His contract with Sivasspor runs until 30 June 2027, so the coming months give him a chance to turn a run of early appearances into a settled place in the squad.
