Aslan Akhmedov Before he settled at right-back he played in midfield, and that background showed in his years with Kairat-Zhas, the reserve side of the club whose academy he came through. Across 2022 to 2024 in the Kazakhstan First League he scored seven times.

Youth international recognition came early. He won one cap for Kazakhstan at under-17 level, making his debut in 2021, and four at under-19 level after debuting in 2022. The senior national team has not yet called on him.

The step up came in February 2025, when he left Kairat's system for Zhetysu on a free transfer. His Premier League debut followed on 2 March against Kyzyl-Zhar. He stayed with Zhetysu into 2026, then moved to Shakhter Karagandy, where he played six matches. His contract there was terminated by mutual consent on 7 June.

The next move was quick. In July he signed for Ulytau, again on a free transfer. By September he had played four matches for the club and scored once, a return that echoes his reserve-team years, when a defender's goals were still part of his game.

He has no major trophies or individual awards yet.
