About the player
Ayan Baydauletov is on record as the youngest goal scorer in the Kazakhstan Second League. He is a product of the Aktobe academy, and that reserve team was where his senior career began in 2021.
The step up to the first team came in 2024. His first Premier League goal arrived against Kairat, though it did not rescue the match: Aktobe lost 2-1. The pass came from his brother, Oralzhan Omirtaev, so the goal was also a family affair.
Baydauletov has worked through the national youth ranks, playing for Kazakhstan at U17 and U21 level. In 2025 he was part of the U21 side in qualifying for the 2027 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. He has not yet played for the senior national team.
On 12 June 2026 his contract with Aktobe was ended by mutual agreement. He joined Kaspiy Aktau as a free agent, and no transfer fee was reported.
