Daan Dierckx

Dierckx came up through Westerlo before Genk's academy took him on in 2013, and he stayed there until 2020. Parma picked him up next, and by January 2021 he was already making his Serie A debut for the club straight out of the youth ranks. A loan back home followed for the 2022–2023 season, at Jong Genk, where he played 21 times before returning to Parma that September.

At Standard, Dierckx split his early time between the first team and SL16 FC, the club's reserve side, where he scored three goals in 27 appearances. In the league proper he has since built up 31 appearances without finding the net. Across his career to date he has made somewhere around 88 or 89 league appearances in total.

Internationally, Dierckx has stayed within Belgium's youth structure. He was capped twice by the under-16s in 2018 and once by the under-19s in 2021, and received a call-up to the under-21 squad that same year, though he has yet to make an official appearance at that level.
