E. Arevalo

Enzo Arévalo's route to Slovak football began far from Banská Bystrica. Born in Montevideo, the forward started out in Spanish youth football with CF Damm, CE Mataró and UE Cornellà before moving to Switzerland, where he joined SC Düdingen and had a loan spell with FC Sion's under-21 side. Spells in Italy with FCD Lions Mons Militum and US Agropoli followed, before he found a more settled home in Slovakia.

He signed for FK Poprad on a free transfer in February 2019, then moved on the same terms to FK Železiarne Podbrezová the following year. His move to Dukla Banská Bystrica in July 2023, again as a free transfer from Agropoli, marked his first stint at the club: across his first stint at the club he scored four or five goals in sixteen or seventeen appearances.

That form earned him a switch to MFK Zemplín Michalovce in January 2024, where he stayed until the summer of 2025, scoring seven goals in 32 appearances across two seasons. The highlight of that spell came in May 2024, when he scored twice against FC Petržalka 1898. Arévalo returned to Dukla Banská Bystrica on a free transfer in the summer of 2025, going back to the club where his career in Slovakia had taken off.

Arévalo plays as a forward or left winger and is right-footed.
