Fabian Feiner

Fabian Feiner grew up playing for USV St. Lorenzen/Wechsel before a move to SV Lafnitz, and joined the Admira Wacker academy in 2018. He signed his first professional contract with the club in July 2023, and his senior debut came that same month in the ÖFB-Cup against ASK Klagenfurt, followed a few weeks later by his first appearance in the 2. Liga against SV Horn.

Feiner has since become a regular fixture in Admira's defence, wearing the number 6 shirt that also nods to the role he is often asked to play. Though he is a defender by trade, he has been used as a "Defensiv-Allrounder", equally comfortable dropping into a defensive-midfield six role as marshalling the back line.

His progress has not gone unnoticed at international level. Feiner represented Austria's under-17 side during the 2022–23 season, collecting six caps and a goal while featuring in qualifying for the UEFA European Under-17 Championship. He then stepped up to the under-19s, where he added eight caps and another goal, including minutes in the elite qualifying round for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in 2024.

For now, his career remains centred on establishing himself at Admira Wacker in the 2. Liga, with senior international recognition still ahead of him.
