Hlib Bukhal

Hlib Bukhal has played in six countries.

He grew up in Kyiv football, moving through Smena-Obolon, Zirka and Arsenal Kyiv, and made his senior start at Arsenal. Metalist Kharkiv took him first on loan and then permanently. After that came Chaika Petropavlivska Borshchahivka and Lviv, and in February 2018 he signed for Oleksandriya.

Alongside club football, he was part of the Ukraine student team at the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei, where the side finished seventh.

Oleksandriya was the base for the years that followed. In January 2022 he moved to Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, and that spring he went on loan to the Czech side Sigma Olomouc B. He then left Ukraine for good. Hebar Pazardzhik in Bulgaria came first, and Chojniczanka Chojnice in Poland followed in January 2023. Resovia signed him that July, and he stayed there until September 2025.

He then went to Armenia and played for Van until February 2026. On 6 February 2026 he joined Ulytau of the Kazakhstan Premier League on a free transfer, on a contract that runs to 31 December 2026. A tall left-footed defender, he has started most of the club's matches this season.
