Håkon Holmefjord Lorentzen

Håkon Lorentzen's career began with a goal that mattered. He made his top-flight debut for SK Brann in 2013 at 15. That made him the youngest player, and the youngest scorer, the Norwegian league had seen at the time. The record was later broken by Martin Ødegaard.

The goal came in the last match of that 2013 season, against Tromsø. It was a decisive strike that secured Brann's place in the top flight. He was a teenager from Bergen, and he had scored in the game that decided whether the club stayed up.

The years after that were spent moving around Norway. He went on loan to Åsane Fotball in 2015 and joined Sandefjord Fotball permanently the following year. He returned to Åsane on loan in 2018, then signed for them on a free transfer in 2019.

In August 2022 he went abroad, joining the Dutch club Helmond Sport on a free transfer. When his contract expired in July 2024, he came back to Norway and signed for IK Start, again on a free transfer.

Scoring was a feature of his youth career too. He earned 34 caps for Norway's youth teams, from under-15 to under-19 level, and scored 21 goals in them. He is a right-footed striker who stands 185 cm tall, and he has spent his professional years moving between clubs on both sides of the North Sea.
