About the player
Jan Harušták is a defender who came through the Ostrava academy system before working his way onto senior pitches through loan spells. He began in the MFK Vítkovice youth ranks and moved to FC Baník Ostrava's academy, staying there until 2023. That year he joined FK Frýdek-Místek, where he split time between the U19 side and the first team, making appearances in the third-tier MSFL during the 2023/24 season while his registration remained with Baník Ostrava.
The following season took him further afield on loan to 1. SK Prostějov, continuing a path of gaining minutes away from his parent club rather than through it. In January 2026, during the winter transfer window, Harušták moved on loan to FK Mladá Boleslav, with the deal including an option to buy.
At international level, Harušták has represented the Czech Republic at U20 level, earning four caps without scoring.
