Henrik Langaas Skogvold

Five goals in his first five games for IK Start in the spring of 2023 gave Henrik Skogvold the nickname "super signing". He arrived in April on a short-term loan from Lillestrøm, brought in after Start's on-loan forward Jack Lahne was injured. Skogvold scored in each of his first five matches, and the run fed into the club's push for promotion from the First Division. By the end of the loan he had six league goals and one assist in eight appearances, plus a goal in two Norwegian Cup ties, and he was named the division's Player of the Month for May.

In the Eliteserien he played 38 league matches for the club and scored once, and he also appeared twice in the UEFA Europa Conference League. Much of his 2024 season was spent in the reserve side in the 3. Divisjon, where he scored once in nine matches.

In August 2024 Fredrikstad signed him for €0.5 million on a contract running until 30 June 2028. He played 12 league matches that autumn, scoring twice and setting up one goal, and Fredrikstad won the Norwegian Cup that year. In 2025 he made 30 league appearances, scoring five goals and adding an assist. This season he has played 21 league matches and has two assists but no goals. Across the 2024, 2025 and 2026 cup campaigns he has scored twice and provided two assists, and he has made four appearances in European competition for the club.

Skogvold has played for Norway at U17, U18, U19, U20 and U21 levels, and has scored six goals for the youth national teams.
