About the player
Idris Mohamed holds dual French and Comorian nationality and chose to represent the Comoros at international level.
His early football education came at Clermont Foot, where he spent two years as a youngster before dropping into the lower divisions.
At international level, Mohamed has already won a handful of caps for the Comoros and was included in the squad for the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, as well as for the COSAFA Cup.
He has yet to add team honours to his résumé, either during his time at Le Puy or since arriving at Metz, and no individual awards feature in his record so far.
