Kirill Klimov

Kirill Klimov's most productive season came in Georgia. In 2024, playing for Kolkheti-1913 in the Crystalbet Erovnuli Liga, he scored 10 goals , which made him the club's leading scorer and put him level for eighth place in the league's scoring list. He had arrived on a free transfer in January of that year, after a spell in Russia's lower divisions that had brought few starts.

His route there was long. Klimov started out at DYuSSh-3 in his home city of Oryol, then moved through the academies of Dynamo Moscow and Lokomotiv Moscow. In 2019 he went abroad, joining the youth setup at AS Monaco after a move involving Cercle Brugge. He did not play a senior match for Monaco.

In October 2020 he signed for Rubin Kazan, but the senior game came slowly. He made four appearances for the club, three in the Premier League and one in the Russian Cup. Loans followed at Tambov and Kuban in 2021, and later at Chayka Peschanokopskoye in 2023. In July 2022 he moved to SKA-Khabarovsk for a reported €65,000 and played 14 matches over two seasons.

Before that, Klimov had been a regular scorer for Russia's junior sides. He scored five goals in three matches at under-16 level and five more in four at under-17. He also won caps at under-15, under-18 and under-21 level. He has not been called up to the senior national team.

In July 2025 he joined Feirense on a free transfer, on a contract that runs until 30 June 2027.
