Lenny Stéphane Lacroix

Lenny Stéphane Lacroix is a right-footed centre-back who came through the RC Strasbourg academy before moving on to FC Mulhouse and then FC Metz, where he joined the club's youth ranks in 2017. He signed his first professional contract with Metz in December 2019 and progressed through Metz II before making his debut for the first team in January 2022.

That season proved decisive. In August 2022, Metz accepted a bid of around one million euros from Benfica, and Lacroix moved to Portugal to join Benfica B. He made his debut for the side that same month, against Estrela da Amadora in Liga Portugal 2, and went on to spend three seasons there. His time in Lisbon also brought a title with Benfica's under-19 side, with whom he won the FIFA U20 Intercontinental Cup in 2022.

In the closing days of August 2025, Lacroix completed a permanent transfer to Dijon FCO, signing a contract that runs to 2027. The move brought immediate reward: Dijon won the French National 1 title in the 2025–2026 season.

At youth international level, Lacroix represented France across several age groups, gathering caps for the under-16, under-17, under-19 and under-20 sides between 2018 and 2022, with his most appearances coming at under-16 level. He has not featured for the senior French national team.
