About the player
Radosta is a Teplice product through and through, having climbed the club's academy from its youth ranks before making his senior debut in the 2018/2019 season. He was 17 at the time, which made him the second-youngest player in the Czech First League. His league bow followed in March 2019, after a first taste of senior football in the Czech Cup the previous November.
Radosta spent a season on loan at Varnsdorf, joining the second-tier side in February 2022 and staying until January 2023. It proved a productive spell: 29 appearances and six goals in the Czech National Football League before he returned to Teplice.
Radosta has also worked his way through the Czech youth international set-up, representing the under-17s, under-18s and under-19s over several seasons and scoring at both under-18 and under-19 level. That development was recognised, when he received his first call-up to the senior Czech Republic squad.
At club level, he has since committed his future to Teplice, with his contract running to 2028.
