About the player
Maksim Borisko joined Kuban in 2016.
It was at Baltika that Borisko built his reputation, establishing himself as first-choice goalkeeper and making 105 appearances for the main squad. In 2025 he was awarded the title of Master of Sports of Russia.
He made his debut for the club in the Russian Cup against Lokomotiv shortly after arriving.
Borisko has represented Russia at youth level, earning caps for the under-19 side and later the under-21 team, where he kept clean sheets during European Under-21 Championship qualification matches.
