About the player
Marko Šarić joined Čukarički in 2017, spending the following four years there while going out on loan three times — first to IMT for the 2017/18 season, then to Radnički Pirot in January 2020 for the rest of that campaign, and finally to Rad for 2020/21.
He left Čukarički for Metalac Gornji Milanovac in the summer of 2021, then moved to Neftchi Fergana in Uzbekistan in 2022. Later that year he returned to Serbia at Napredak Kruševac, before a spell in China with Qingdao Hainiu in 2023. In 2024 he had a short stint at Javor Ivanjica before going back to Napredak Kruševac, where he stayed into 2026.
In January 2026 he moved to Thailand, joining Muangthong United as a centre-forward on a free transfer. That stay lasted only until July, when he returned home once more, signing for Zemun also on a free transfer.
Šarić's representative football came at youth level: he was capped twice for Serbia's under-18 side in 2015, and added three appearances for the under-19s between December 2016 and March 2017. He has not featured for Serbia's senior team.
