About the player
Riznič came through Slovan Bratislava's youth ranks before switching to FC Petržalka in 2021. His senior debut came in February 2022, off the bench in a 2. Liga match against MŠK Žilina B, and he went on to become a fixture in the side, racking up around 76 league appearances and eight goals across two tiers of Slovak football over three seasons. He was part of the Petržalka team that finished second in the 2. Liga and reached the promotion play-offs.
In June 2025 he moved to FK Teplice on a season-long loan with an option to buy, and made an immediate impact in the Chance Liga, playing 31 matches and setting up goals in top-flight fixtures including against Slavia Prague. The following July, Teplice exercised the option and made the deal permanent.
At international level, Riznič has moved steadily up Slovakia's youth pyramid, from the U18s through to the U21s.
