Noah Cadiou

Noah Cadiou reached Ligue 1 by working up through the lower divisions of French football. He never joined a professional academy. He trained with LOSC's youth teams through a sport-study section but was never officially part of their academy, and he spent his youth years at Olympique Marcquois.

He stayed there for his first senior seasons in the Championnat National 3. In 2018–19 he was described as a revelation, and that season took him to US Boulogne on a free transfer. There he played 48 matches in the Championnat National and scored four goals. Red Star FC signed him on a free transfer in July 2021. He made 47 appearances for them and scored twice.

His time at US Quevilly-Rouen Métropole, where he signed a two-year contract in June 2023, was harder. The club were relegated while he was there. He played 39 matches and scored twice.

Rodez AF gave him his Ligue 2 chance in August 2024, again on a free transfer. He scored five goals in 31 league appearances that season.

In July 2025 FC Lorient signed him on a four-year contract. The reported fee was about €1.0 million.

Cadiou was born in Lille and is French, but he plays internationally for Guadeloupe. He made his debut in 2024, played in the 2024–25 CONCACAF Nations League and was part of the squad for the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup. He has yet to score for the national side.
