Oscar Luigi Fraulo

Oscar Fraulo's Derby County career began in January 2026, when the club signed him from Borussia Mönchengladbach on a three-and-a-half-year contract. The fee was reported at between £250,000 and £350,000, though Derby did not disclose it. He made his league debut that month and scored his first goal for the club in April.

After returning to Mönchengladbach in 2025, he made six Bundesliga appearances. One of those brought a goal against St. Pauli on 1 November 2025. He also played once in the DFB-Pokal.

The most productive stretch of his career so far came in the Netherlands. Mönchengladbach sent him to FC Utrecht on loan in August 2023, and the arrangement was extended for a second season. He played 59 Eredivisie matches there, 32 in the first season and 27 in the second, and scored five goals. In October 2024 he was named the Eredivisie's Johan Cruyff Talent of the Month.

Fraulo is from Odense and started out at OKS before moving to the FC Midtjylland academy in 2017. He made his first-team debut for Midtjylland in August 2021 and played once in the league that season. He was in the squad that won the Danish Cup in 2021–22, and he also won the Danish youth championship with the club. In June 2022 he signed a four-year contract with Mönchengladbach, and he spent his first season there with the reserves in the Regionalliga West, scoring once in 18 appearances.

He has also played for Denmark at youth level and won 20 caps for the under-21 side between 2023 and 2025.
