About the player
Ronald Koeman Jr. Since joining on a free transfer in June 2021, he has made 151 league appearances and 9 cup appearances for the club, and it was Koeman who stood in goal for every minute of Telstar's 2025 promotion campaign, including the play-offs that took the club into the Eredivisie.
On 30 August 2025 he kept a clean sheet away at PSV as Telstar won 2–0, the club's first Eredivisie victory since 1978.
Born in Barcelona, Koeman came through the Almere City academy without making a senior appearance for the club before moving to FC Oss in 2015, where he made his professional debut the following year. Telstar have since extended his contract until 2028. He has not been capped at senior international level for the Netherlands.
