Sondre Flem Bjørshol

Sondre Flem Bjørshol was part of the Viking side that won the Eliteserien in 2025, the club's first league title since 1991. Viking finished one point ahead of the defending champions, Bodø/Glimt.

Bjørshol grew up in Stavanger and came through the youth ranks at FK Vidar from 2009. With Vidar's youth side he won the Dana Cup in 2010. He made his senior debut for Vidar in 2013 and played 38 league matches for the club, scoring once, before leaving in 2016.

That July he joined Åsane Fotball. He stayed until 2018 and made 48 league appearances there, again scoring one goal.

In August 2018 he signed for Viking on a contract initially reported as two and a half years. Viking won the 1. divisjon that season and were promoted to the top flight. In December 2019 he was part of the squad that beat FK Haugesund 1–0 in the Norwegian Cup final, played on 8 December.

Bjørshol has since become a regular at Viking, with more than 142 league appearances and ten goals to July 2026. He has not been capped by Norway at senior or youth level. Two of his three senior clubs, Vidar and Viking, are from the Stavanger area where he was born.
