T. Rorhmoser

Tobias Rohrmoser's move to SV Austria Salzburg began with a derby in September 2025. He had been a starter for FC Liefering, Red Bull Salzburg's reserve side, but was on the bench that day. He was then seen celebrating Austria Salzburg's opening goals. Liefering regarded this as betrayal, or "Verrat", and he was frozen out of the squad.

In January 2026 he joined the rival club on a free transfer, signing a contract until June 2028. The deal was described as a "gift" to Austria Salzburg.

Rohrmoser had spent most of his youth career in the Red Bull system. He started at Union Henndorf in 2012 and moved to the Salzburg academy two years later. He went through the U14, U15, U16 and U18 sides, winning the Austrian Youth League at U16 and U18 level. He plays mainly at right-back and is also listed at left wing-back.

His senior debut season with Liefering in the 2. Liga was short, at four appearances. At Austria Salzburg he played 12 matches in 2025/26 and set up one goal. In the current campaign he has made seven appearances so far. That brings his senior total to 23 matches, with the one assist and no goals.

Rohrmoser has also won five caps for the Austria U18 national team, three of them in friendlies in 2025.
