Vukašin Jovanović

In June 2015 in New Zealand, Jovanović was part of the Serbia squad that beat Brazil in the final of the FIFA U-20 World Cup. He had already made his senior debut for Red Star Belgrade the previous August, out of the club's own academy.

Zenit St. Petersburg paid around €2.0 million for him in February 2016; he never appeared for the first team, spending his time with Zenit-2. A loan to Bordeaux in January 2017 became permanent that July, when Zenit terminated his contract and the French club paid roughly €3.0 million. A further loan to Eibar in January 2018 produced no appearances at all before he went back to Bordeaux.

He stayed in Bordeaux until the end of the 2020–21 season, then moved on free transfers: Apollon Limassol from August 2021, and Čukarički from June 2023, where he played through the 2024/25 season. In January 2026 he joined IMT Novi Beograd, again as a free agent.

The youth caps accumulated steadily — one at U-17, ten at U-19 across the 2014 European Under-19 Championship, five at U-20, and 25 at U-21 between 2015 and 2019, taking in both the 2017 and 2019 European Under-21 Championships.
