Z. Burzan

Zofia Burzan made her senior debut for Czarni Sosnowiec in August 2024 at just 15 years and 88 days old, and scored on that appearance to become the youngest ever goalscorer in the Ekstraliga Kobiet. She had come through the club's own youth academy, and her promotion to the first team came without any transfer involved. Her contract with Czarni Sosnowiec runs until 30 June 2027.

Burzan has continued to contribute goals in limited minutes: two in three appearances during the 2024/2025 season, and two more in a single outing in 2026/2027. She has also featured in the club's second team. In continental competition, she made five appearances in UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying for 2026/2027 and scored once, giving the teenager a taste of European football alongside her domestic league minutes.

Burzan's form has carried through to the Polish youth set-ups. She has been capped ten times for the under-15s, scoring four goals, before stepping up to the under-17 level, where she has earned 19 caps and seven goals. Poland went on to reach the final tournament in Sweden, where they were beaten by eventual champions Spain and runners-up England before edging France on penalties to finish third.
