Anguilla

The Raymond E. Guishard Technical Centre in Pope Hill holds 1,100 people. It is where Anguilla's home matches are now played. Ronald Webster Park, which seats 4,000, served as the alternative in earlier years.

The team's nickname, the Soccer Dolphins, comes from the dolphins on the island's flag; the orange shirts and navy shorts and socks are the other visible marks of a national side from a British Overseas Territory. The Anguilla Football Association (AFA) was formed in 1990, and the side entered Caribbean Cup qualifying in 1991. An unofficial match against the British Virgin Islands in 1985 came earlier. Membership of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) came in stages: associate status in 1994, full membership in 1996 alongside the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA). The first official internationals are usually dated to that year.

Results have been hard to come by. Anguilla has never reached a World Cup or a Gold Cup finals tournament. The high point of recent years came in 2026 World Cup qualifying, when the team beat Turks and Caicos Islands on penalties to clear the first round, before going out in the second. In the CONCACAF Nations League, where Anguilla plays in League C, the first win arrived in the 2024–25 edition.

Ryan Liddie has the most caps, 31 between 2000 and 2019. Girdon Connor, the all-time top scorer, has five goals. Nigel Connor coached the side twice, in 2018–2020 and again in 2022–2024, with Stern John in charge between the two spells. Keith Jeffrey took over in 2024. Their opponents are usually Turks and Caicos Islands and the British Virgin Islands, in the lower tiers of CONCACAF competition.
